Microphone not detected when using USB-C cable

Our cosMik uCast USB microphone has a USB-C connection and ships with a special USB-C to USB-C cable.

When the microphone gets connected to a computer or other device that has an USB-C port, it is important that the included cable is used in the right direction.

Plug the white connector into cosMik uCast and the black one into your computer / phone / tablet / etc.

If you turn the cable around, cosMik uCast won't work properly.
