What are the KeyControl 25/KeyControl 25 XL power supply specs?

25 XL can be used with an optional external power supply. This might be
needed in case the USB power from the host computer is not powerful enough.
For that, KeyControl 25 / KeyControl 25 XL can be used with an optional standard
power supply which is not available from us. Definitly a power supply is needed
if you want to use the keyboard standalone without a computer.
The power supply needs to be regulated and provide 9V DC with at least 500mA. The outside (sleeve) of the connector is -, while the inside (tip) is +. The connector diameter is 5.5mm (= 2.2in).
Such a power supply is a standard part that can be purchased via most music or electronic retailers and mail order companies. If you are unsure, print out this page and show it at your local shop.
